LAUNCHPAD
ROVER is a brand strategy consultancy based in Querétaro, Mexico. We work in English and Spanish with founders and growth-stage teams across Latin America.
We build brands from the business outward. The work starts with the questions a brand rests on: who it is for, what it costs and why, what it can credibly claim. Positioning, naming, messaging and go-to-market follow from those answers.
The method has four phases. Diagnose establishes where the brand stands today. Define settles the customer, the offer and the price. Design builds the system, from voice and architecture to how the brand shows up in the places people meet it. Deploy takes it to market with a plan the team can run on its own.
What a client leaves with is a brand their team can explain to anyone and act on without us in the room.
